Place on the Bay, with its idyllic location in the shadow of the Twelve Apostles mountains and its unsurpassed views of Camps Bay beach and the Atlantic Ocean, has completed a major refurbishment of its flagship Penthouse Suite. Michael Prinsloo, award-winning Johannesburg decorator from MPD Designs, supervised the upgrade, which was completed in record time.
“We are delighted with the result”, says Brian Louis, who initiated and managed the project from concept to completion. “I can only complement the gifted team of artisans and contractors who worked tirelessly to complete the work on time and within budget”.
The Penthouse boasts finishes and furnishings of the highest quality. Each item is carefully placed and aligned in keeping with the luxurious theme, which is further complemented by exquisite paintings and objets d’art.
“We believe that the Penthouse will be a major draw card”, adds Marlie de Wall, manager of Place on the Bay. “It enables guests to experience the finest that Cape Town can offer and it is the ultimate romantic escape.”
The response from clients has been most complementary and satisfying, evidenced by the fact that the Penthouse is fully booked until the end of April, 2011.
